Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before 10 April 2026 – Full refund on the registration fee
10 April – 20 July 2026 – 50% Refund on the registration fee.
After 20 July 2026 –No refunds will be issued (Exceptions may be considered only in cases of documented medical emergencies.)
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the IBBC2026 Organizing Committee.
Approved refunds will be processed within 20 days.
Force Majeure Clause
The IBBC2026 organizers shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases:
The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the conference.
If rescheduled, all confirmed registrations will be transferred to the new dates.
If fully canceled due to force majeure, a partial refund may be issued after deducting non-recoverable expenses.
