Each conference registration permits one Oral Presentation and one Poster Presentation only (subject to the availability of presentation slots and acceptance by the Scientific Committee)

Authors submitting abstracts aligned with the above sessions may be considered for oral presentations, subject to acceptance by the Scientific Committee.

Authors who submit their abstracts on or before 20 August 2026 will receive their acceptance notifications by 27 August 2026
